Illinois South Conference

We are the Illinois South Conference of the United Church of Christ, recognized as a W.I.S.E. (Welcoming, Inclusive, Supportive, and Engaged) Conference dedicated to Mental Health and identified as an Open and Affirming Conference. Established in 1965, the ISC encompasses the lower region of Illinois and includes 72 local churches, more than 15,500 members and 95 ordained ministers.

DuBois Center

Relax, Renew, Reconnect

DuBois Center is the Camp and Retreat Center of the Illinois South
Conference. It is a place where all are welcomed to renew their spirits,
build meaningful connections, and encounter God through the beauty of
creation. Through year-round programs and gatherings for children, youth,
and adults, DuBois Center invites every guest to step away from the
ordinary and experience relaxation, renewal, and reconnection in a truly
sacred setting.

Zoom Prayer and Lectionary Lunch Hour for Pastors

The weekly Zoom Prayer and Lectionary Lunch Hour takes place every Wednesday from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm for all Illinois South Conference pastors. This is an opportunity for clergy in the Conference to get together for weekly prayer, support, and the sharing of preaching and worship ideas for the coming Sunday.
